US starts vacating Shamsi airbase

QUETTA: United States’ officials on Sunday started vacating Shamsi airbase in Washuk district of Balochistan, an official confirmed. “Two United States’ special aircrafts landed at Shamsi airbase in connection with measures to vacate the base after deadline given to US by Pakistani government in the wake of NATO raid on Salala checkpost, killing 24 Pakistani troops,” an official of Balochistan government confirmed.
